Inside your Nitreo dashboard, there are a few sections that show you exactly how your growth is moving. Followbacks, Activity, and Queue each give you different insights into what is happening as Nitreo works behind the scenes.

Here’s how each one fits into the bigger picture.

Followbacks

Followbacks track which users decided to follow you back after Nitreo interacted with them. Every followback you see is linked to the specific Target that led to the interaction, which makes it easier to understand which Targets are actually performing.

The Followbacks data will not show up instantly. Nitreo waits a couple of days before tracking it because people need time to follow you back. Usually, the numbers update about two to four days after the system first follows someone.

Here is what to look for:

• If you are seeing around a 10% followback rate or higher, your Targets are probably a good fit.

• If it drops under 5%, it is usually a sign that the Target is not connecting well and should be swapped out.

Checking this now and then helps you figure out which Targets are actually helping your account grow and which ones are just slowing things down.

Activity

The Activity section is where you can see everything Nitreo has done for your account.

It logs every action, including follows and unfollows, and shows which Target each action is tied to. You can also check timestamps if you want to track how active your growth has been over a certain period.

If you are trying out new strategies or adjusting your Target list, reviewing Activity helps you spot what is working faster and what might need adjusting before it slows down your momentum.

Queue

The Queue shows the users Nitreo is lined up to engage with next.

If you remove someone from the Queue, Nitreo will pull in a new user from the same Target to replace them. However, if you delete an entire Target, any users already sitting in the Queue from that Target will still be processed unless you manually take them out.

The Queue does most of the work automatically, but it is helpful to check if you are making changes to your Targets or want more control over upcoming interactions.
